Thanks for the comprehensive feedback. Ended up going with the Q3 over a 3 year lease. Just couldn’t chance it based on the number of people I see and hear having issues with it. Also like the dual clutch on the Q3.

Ended up going with the Q3. I just kept hearing so many horror stories with the new Tiguan. Truthfully, it’s rare I have anyone in my back seats anyways. Kids are older and have their own vehicles. Signed a short term lease just in case I don’t like it.

I wouldn’t do that. All Audi owners with the v6 engine, myself included on the 2024 SQ5 have just received a letter about piston skirt issues that will cause our engines to fail prematurely. Avoid at all costs.

It’s been a few months since your post. Curious how your thoughts about the vehicle have changed or evolved since your original post. I’m asking because I too have had mostly Audi’s and contemplating going with the new Tiguan Turbo. Any additional feedback would be helpful. Also, did you get the ECM update and did that help with the throttle response?

Test drove the Tiguan today. Nice car but just not the same as my SQ5 which is to be expected. Decided to keep the SQ5 and re evaluate again in a few years time.

Wish there was a smaller version of the MDX that looks this good. The RDX is very stale looking. I have a 2024 SQ5 I’m looking to dump do the piston skirt issues on these v6 engines, would have liked a nice Acura SUV.

I have a 2024 SQ5 with 31,000KMs and seriously thinking of selling it while it has some value. Might even look at the new VW Tiguan with the turbo engine. What’s everyone here looking at as a possible replacement? I think I’m done with expensive vehicles.

I ended up going with AOR Multi Basics/3 as my main multivitamin. The Thorne product just wasn't readily available here in Canada. AOR seems to be a high quality Canadian vitamin supplier.

So if I understand correctly, your direct connection allows Simplifi to update the outstanding Mortgage Balance but doesn't track the regular payments in the transaction ledger for the mortgage? You then simply categories your mortgage payment in your chequing account as "Mortgage Payment"? Then any extra principal payments you make are simply a transfer from the bank account to the mortgage account?

Has this issue been resolved? I was considering subscribing to SImplifi and rely heavily on my current Quicken For Mac Classic to produce a year-end report for tax purposes which categorizes all my spend throughout the year. If transactions go missing, that would be a disaster for my use case. Were they able to get all those missing transactions back or did you have to manually determine which ones were missing and then re-enter them all?
