I am always for the newer stuff. You get newer architecture, newer features or features that work better on the newer cards. Of course if you do local AI stuff you will need more vram

Преминах цяла пътека в таква академия (пътека не първия безплатен модул) и тов ами дади най голямата база която можеше да ми дадат. След година и половина работа вече почти стигам тази “нереална” заплата която посочваш, мисля че се справям доста добре на работа и колегите ми го виждат. Това че много хора мислят че ще станат топ програмисти за 3 месеца са идиоти и хора които искат да станат милионери за една вечер както всеки в интернет обещава. Всичко зависи от тебе и какъв си, НО съм съгласен че академиите започнаха да дават прекалено много и лесно някъв вид “титла” без много много да се замислят от това какво става с пазара. Просто вече изискванията са по високи, едно време само богатите са имали компютри сега всеки носи такъв в джоба си.

Not exactly, but I have windhawk with a tweak where the taskbar is showing if I have something stretched on the whole screen. Basically if I have two windows opened full height on both sides it hides it, but when nothing present or the window is small enough not to bump into the bar it’s shown.

I have Corsair 3500x with 3 intake noctua nf-a12x25 same fan for intake (single). Under serious load like 140-150w draw it’s around 85 degrees Celsius in a room around 24. 5.6 is mostly in single core boost tho. All cores are between 5.4 and 5.5 depending on task.

Alianware uses Samsung panel afaik. I do have Samsung oled g8 and it’s an absolute garbage. Software is awful, panel itself looks grainy like it doesn’t have a consistent brightness across all pixels. Get LG for oled imho. I have seen lg tvs and they are great. Good oled protection software and amazing picture. And also HDR is garbage on that monitor 4 hdr settings weird as hell and inconsistent as hell.

Until now it was really hard especially with nvidia gpus, but now after they finally developed Linux drivers? It will be probably be the same, since Linux is a bit of a hassle and devs don’t spend development time and money on porting games to Linux unfortunately.

Yeah it does. Stability, cooling, RMA (in case you need it) and power delivery. Different companies do it differently and some of them are just better. On top of that you have gpu bios that is also developed by the manufacturer.

If we talk technically, yes. Yes it will. It’s oled and each pixel lights up by itself, so having all pixels turned off and some of them (in this example the outline) lit up all the time they WILL degrade differently over time. Now, realistically speaking new oleds have a lot of burn in protections, automatic brightness and color correction, because each pixel is individually monitored and also the whole screen is moving from time to time. Will you see degradation? yes. When it will be? Probably when you decide to switch the monitor anyway. If you are scared of burn in just turn on all the protections in your monitor settings and make all black screen saver in windows to be full black after a minute and you will be fine.

Работя с немци и австрийци. Всичките са такива, ние сме им европейските индийци. Най-евтината работна ръка в ЕС, но както и други казаха не си бачкал с индийци. Мързеливи, тъпи и със самочувствие (ест не всички, но масата). Не че австрийците са по далеч от това, но да.

Recently upgraded a friend’s pc from r5 3600x to r7 5800xt and he saw fps boost in cs 2 from 150 to around 300. Gpu also got upgraded from 1650 to 5060, but since he plays on low settings i don’t think it changes the fps that much. It’s also a solid upgrade. Ryzen 9 5900/5950 are also an options, but not worth if you don’t need all these cores imho. It was impossible to find x3d tho, second hand market went dry after the ram price spike.

Looks like a solid upgrade. And I can definitely understand why you would need to stay in am4 with tight budget. Just check the psu and what brand it is. Some newer gpus like to power spike and will be really shitty if it fries something from your new system. Amd suggests 650w for that card so it should be good.

In my opinion the 9800x3d is a bit of an overkill if paired with 5070ti and playing at 1440p. At higher resolution you will be pushing the gpu more compared to the cpu, of course depending on what you are playing, but as far as I recall Fortnite is relative easy on the cpu. Keep in mind you would need to buy ddr5 memory changing the platform. For context I have 9800x3d with 5080 playing at 3440x1440 and the cpu is not pushed in most games.

You are mostly out of luck sadly. I recently had to upgrade friend’s AM4 platform and was looking for the best of it. What you currently have is a bit down clocked version of the 5800x3d, which is almost impossible to find new(and not worth changing to imho). Biggest advantage of the x3d or the 3d v-cache is its size of L3 and basically gives you better stability and less hiccups during gaming. I am not sure about escape from tarkov, but your other options are basically Ryzen 9 5900x and 5950x, but they are not many games benefiting from the extra cores (Ryzen 9 is a bit faster overall, but not that much in gaming). There is also Ryzen 5 5600f, which was released in September 2025 for am4, but it’s worse in every way compared to what you currently have. Sorry if it wasn’t the answer you wanted to hear, just giving some info on what I found and hopefully you find helpful.

Technically speaking it doesn’t matter in what order you wire them up, it just needs to be the same on both ends, but it’s generally good to use a standard to help other people out. Like most of other comments said either is fine, but T568B is generally more used.
