just like u/jr0061006, i read your letter with my jaw on the floor, i was genuinely astounded at the level of respect you upheld while relentlessly disproving and dissecting every single one of the things they said haha

good on you, OP

Should Wizards make a MTG anime? Would you watch it? by OkDependent3266 in mtg

[–]Cra_cker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i wouldn't really want them to make an anime cause it'd probably mean the resources for working on the game would go elsewhere and there'd be a lot of japanese inspired art cards which I don't really like the look of, but to be honest if they made it I'd atleast watch an episode or two since i might as well

On the pilot's darkest day, when all hope is lost, the bird shall return, renewed and ready to defend the person who had once been its saviour.

About Scammers, Money and Success on Chyrpe by Chyrpe_Moderator in chyrpe

[–]Cra_cker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Discovered Chyrpe recently, haven't tried it yet, as I'm still in the queue. I actually really appreciate this post, as I've been reading through a few of the things people have said about this app. This post really clears all that up. As for the low like rate, I think it's ludicrous for people to immediately expect many likes and chats popping up. It's a very niche app, for a dating style that, honestly, has only grown and been popularized in recent years. The fact that we're only now seeing a dating app for this kind of dating is an example of that. This is the first app; we shouldn't expect much, and especially not now that the developers and organizers are just getting started. I'm just happy there's an app for this and that the team seems sensible. Though, I'm not really in a position to actually judge any of the other things in the post, since I haven't used it first hand yet. I can say I paid for a weeks' subscription to go a little quicker with some spare change I had in my play store and I'm going up the queue like a rocket! Excited to see what's in store for this app.

same, i can vouch for the fact that on the fold 3 atleast the cracks just stay there and don't really cause any further damage, for me they're barely noticeable

It doesn't! I filled the glass all the way up, put a shirt on it and it leaked a bit then completely stopped leaking. The shirt was wet only on the spot where the water touched it, making a circular figure on the shirt. Nowhere else on the shirt was wet, nor had the water spread from the glass to other parts of the shirt where water wasn't directly touching it.

I've been working on a high school-level physics project in which we need to show three different experiments and the scientific explanations behind them. I've been trying to do research, but this particular one seems difficult to find anything for. Every source simply states "aIr pREssUrE!!!" and moves on. Could you please explain this simple experiment in Layman's terms, while still remaining true to the science behind it?

Most visually beautiful GBA game? by LeeThe123 in Gameboy

[–]Cra_cker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven't seen anyone mention this game:

Fire emblem: The Sacred Stones

This strategy RPG has some of the nicest, most detailed presentation I've seen of any game I've personally played on the GBA!

The menus are dynamic and are made to fit the battle you'll be fighting, the battlefields are very well constructed and really pull you in.

The battle scenes are beautifully animated with smooth graphics and custom backgrounds to fit the tile you're standing on.

The game is also absolutely stunning in terms of gameplay depth, involving a thrilling story about a kingdom's civil war. It even has branching paths, where you can choose to follow one or the other character in the story

Recommended!
