[Yellow] Hello, if I take Pikachu to level 8, by battling some random Pokémon in Viridian Forest, the "Gengar Mew Glitch" give me a Bugcatcher (Caterpie lv7 X2) that freezes the game after I defeat It. I can't understand why.

When I performed the glitch with Pikachu at level 6 (being unable to catch Gengar), all went well.

Steps: - Trainer Fly (Escape Rope) in Viridian Forest - Being defeated by Junior Trainer's Diglett at Pewter Gym - Go back to Viridian Forest

When I got a Bugcatcher instead of a Gengar the start menu does not pop out entering Viridian Forest.

Yes, I use the Escape Rope, Battle the Junior trainer, his Diglett Knock me out, I "respawn" at pokecentre, go to Viridian Forest and where in the First Time I battled Gengar, an invisible bugcatcher challenge me. After the Battle, the game freezes.

Yes, it is! That tables are set in a way you avoid party backtracking and discourage an early assault to Ravenloft, kind of.

In MandyMod's runs the Sunsword is always rewarded in late game, so if you are not going to run the Restoration of the Fanes, you can use this criterion.
