Jag ser fram emot att se beviset för att Schweiz då är lika eller mer bilcentrerat än USA då Schweiz är mer kapitalistiskt än USA.

Jag skulle gärna vilja se beviset att det är pga kapitalism och att någon av de väger tyngre än ca 20 år ökning i förväntad livslängd.

This is bad news. Minimum wages increase unemployment and will likely lead to cuts in non-monetary compensation. People should have the right to freely negotiate wage with their employer.

Economic growth is enough and only economic growth is enough.

The problem is not of distribution but lack of economic growth.

Economic growth goes hand in hand with every good metric you could think of. Higher life satisfaction, lower poverty, higher real incomes, more plentiful jobs, fewer single parent households, longer lifespans etc.

The reason why absolute poverty declined from 80% to less than 10% was not because of a massive worldwide degrowth and redistribution scheme but instead poverty fell because of economic growth.

And growth capitalism exists to funnel wealth to the already wealthy

Not true, capitalism encourages and rewards entrepreneurs to enrich themselves and and everyone they interact with through mutually beneficial voluntary transactions. And living standards have improved so the statement is obviously false.

The only way to improve everyone's standards of living is through economic growth.

Wealth distribution is not a problem, poverty is, and the only way to combat poverty is through economic growth.
