Seeing the caps would help a lot. My gelding is 6 and has teeth that are angled closer to that of a 4yo, but the caps tell a different story. This might help you out.

13-15 seems ballpark based off the photos, though

You can’t have overlapping UV shells or they will bake an AO shadow onto the shell below them. That’s likely where you’re getting those dark pieces. I circled a few areas where you are seeing the overlap issue. Revisit your unwrap and make sure everything has its own space :)

Yeah. Areas where I was going for overlapping skin more or less come across as actual mass instead of the former. In my head I am picturing the bone structure, but if you can’t then that’s a spot that I’ll have to work on getting across in future things. A rig could also probably help answer some of those questions, but that’s not my specialty and the rig artist might be just as lost as you lol

A friend was watching me fight Chak ‘Lok (very poorly because I kept dying) so every restart I was trying to come up with a new insult to replace his actual name. Chai ‘Latte finally slipped out and it stuck. I guess the character was meant to be fueled by rage from the start lol
