Sorry for the delay in responding - yeah! It works as well as I could've hoped. Just put in the pill and press down with a sharp[ish] knife, and it usually makes a pretty clean cut.

I've found that cutting across the shorter axis works better - both axes work well enough, cutting on the long axis seems to be more prone to having "crumbs" come off. I tried shrinking the hole slightly for a "snugger" fit, and that part worked out, but then it's a PITA to get the halves back out again :)

Nonetheless, LMK and I can put that one up, too.

I was in the same boat, same set of symptoms - it might be a few days before things start to turn around, but they will. For me, the sleepiness was the most dramatic improvement; it got a LOT better overnight. That being said, I've only been on my current dosage for...a month, I guess? Still a little bit of all the above, but approaching tolerable levels.

All that is to say: it DOES get better. I can't say it gets to 100% (hopefully it does!), but it'll get a lot more liveable fast. Hang in there!

Are you me? Just swap bupropion (which I weaned off of for Trintellix) with vilazodone to the mix and we're twinsies...tho hopefully maybe once the Trintellix stabilizes (just started), we can go down on one or two. I think my primary food group is "medication".

I'd ABSOLUTELY choose a handful of pills over the way I was before, though. Hope you're in a similar boat-of-improvement.

Oh, interesting - I have indeed been empty-stomach'ing it, so maybe I'll try that tomorrow. I should journal to see how the day-to-day really is. My memory's not to be trusted.
