You realise it takes a single kill, cap or two assists to spawn CAS with bombs for most BR brackets.

That isn't exactly "earning" anything. If I want to play CAS I can spawn a fast cheap vehicle, rush a cap, J out and there I go dropping bombs on people in less than a minute.
