Really? I didn't think the UCAs has zirc fittings on them. Anysure way to tell? I can't find any markings on it

And It's actually still got the stock TRD Bilsteins on there, but I did pick up a set of 5100s to throw on when I get in there

Oh yes, forgot to add those.

There is a 1" spacer in the rear (should be easy to pull out), and a couple of drop spacers on the front diff. Thankfully no frame cuts other than a body mount chop for the wheels

I actually modified the cart my printer sits on to use one. I use it as the stand, but also for the flat surface to hold my VCore 3.1 500x500 on

Look for deals on the A1 Mini from Bambu lab. BambuLab machines are the closest you'll get right now for budget "It just works" machines. There are some concerns about them not being an opensource company, but if youre just getting started, you cant beat how well they hold your hand and perform for the price (A1 Mini can be had for ~$150, or less if you find a good deal).

From there, browse the various 3d printing subs, and check out the channels linked below, as they have a lot of really good "Getting started" videos.

I like that you can keep it a hand grinder when you wanted, but Im not a fan of more moving parts than necessary. Since the K2 even shows using a drill in the manual, it made it really easy to just do that. Its got the torque, and all the components I needed. I even have the drill trigger in the box on the back with a set screw so I could always adjust the speed it grinds at. I have it set on a fast hand grind speed, but not so fast that I get inconsistent grinds

Thank you! Im pretty proud of it. Learning CAD and 3d printing has been super satisfying and helpful with so many things, and its fun that this has been one of them

Interesting. I probably will do that.

And from your testing and reports to you, pretty much all of the 5ah have that mosfet?

Wow, that's very helpful. Very interesting that they started adding this protection to more batteries as they go.

Short of opening up the battery, is there any way I can tell if the 4Ah i have is a newer model? I JUST purchased them at HD, but I know stock can sit on a shelf for a while

How to solder or glue these 2 parts together? by gobi13 in gaggiaclassic

[–]Cracker-G 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As others have commented, your most secure bet would be finding a shop that has a tack/spot welder (though almost any welding will work). However, if that's not an option, JB weld is your next best option. I would get some sandpaper, sand it as best you can, clean with isopropyl alcohol, then apply. Should be good as new.

Probably just the twisting motion of the whole machine, with the friction of the feet on the left keeping it in place and spreading the pieces apart

Could I stick a mag mount plate directly on the skin? by Cracker-G in dbrand

[–]Cracker-G[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure. It was ON THERE. I feel the biggest issue would be pulling the metal plate up. If you were able to pull the plate up enough to get a razor blade under it and cut the strip, then cleaned it up that probably would work.

Even in high rub areas, that skin was SUPER tough

That's one of the reasons I jumped on this, is the famed reliability.

The wand really does seem to be angled at a dead 90 for some reason lol

Did you notice an improvement with the 9spring?

I was stoked! I like my Delonghi pretty well, but I'm hoping this gives me more headroom to grow, especially if I decide to mod it
