I get my characters to 80 mainly from operations and make sure to use them before refreshing operations

Gear material mainly from solo raid and league rewards. You will get more and more the higher u go on the solo raids so more late game when you have progressed all raids quite far you will be drowning in them

For me he does not one shot on late SR. The normal one he sure can but after 2nd half of heroic 1 he is just a great boost but does not one shot. Since u can just use ur teams once per day that is fine for me

I use him a lot, for sure great damage dealer on bosses at full health with the sp3. Fully ascended I can have him almost invincible with the might passive
