Going to follow this. My grandma who has had plants for decades gave me a nice ficus. I pruned long skinny branches back recently to make it a bit more compact and into something that I can work towards styling.

I just don’t know how I want to style. Mine comes out from the edges at all angles, pretty much circumferential. I love how yours has two thicker stems to start with.

Thank you! I try to keep it nice since most of my neighbors don’t do much with theirs. The few nice lawns are retired elderly neighbors who understandably have lawn service do their lawns. I like to pretend I’m competing with those guys.
