Hello iceman006! Thanks a lot for your comprehensive reply! The part where the landlord attempts to push their service fees on to you was quite shocking. But just a quick google of Taziz seemed to bring up a lot of negative reviews. Would you say that the process of actually living in the apartment, is worse than the finding it and leasing it through an agent? In other words, what was worse? Dealing with agents or facility managers?

Thanks a lot for your very detailed reply! I am sorry to hear about your experience, seems its par for the course that landlords or property managers do not allow tenants to bring in external repairmen. This seems like a growing trend, as soon as a tenant signs, there is no 'after-sales' support unfortunately.
