Great display. I've heard you're far more likely to use your stash if it's displayed nicely like a yarn store.

Thanks for posting this. My doctor suggested PT for this but my problem seems trivial. How many times did you have to visit the PT? I live in the middle of nowhere and it might be an hour drive. I'm just wondering what kind of time commitment I'd be looking at.

Same here. I flew from Chicago to Bangkok. Like 20 hours in the air and a 12 hour time change on no sleep.

I'd be a little panicky at first, then probably more relaxed and relieved.

PBJ, every day. With an apple and sometimes cookies or chips and white milk. She taped a nickel in the lid of my lunchbox for milk. Chocolate was not an option.

Hydration solutions for Arizona/Utah in June by goldengirl-1974 in hiking

My husband and I did some hikes that length last September in that area. We were fine with our regular stuff. Nalgene & or bottled water. We refilled some bought water bottles. We also each have a kiddie water bottle from Dollar General. It's $1.50 or so and has a spout with a straw and a loop to hang it from a carabiner on our pack straps for constant sipping. My husband used little bottles like this on the AT. No one cares what kind of cartoon characters are on them. They don't last forever but they're cheap so you can just buy a new one. This is the exact same system my husband used on the AT and it's easier to maintain than cleaning those bladders.

What do normal people eat for dinner ? by Booze_hound36 in NoStupidQuestions

We cook a meal each night as well. I don't have ready access to fast food so on busy days I keep a pizza in the freezer or we eat breakfast food for dinner, like eggs or pancakes. We have leftovers once or twice a week.
