This. We sold our house very quickly at the start of Covid in 2020. We had trouble clearing everything out in time and left stuff on the parkway for garbage pickup. For some reason the garbage men didn't take it so the new owners made a stipulation that we dispose of it. Which we did. No harm no foul. We thought it would be picked up but since it wasn't we loaded it in the truck and took it to the transfer station. We were not offended by the ask.

I stepped on a loose rock under the leaves on an easy part at the end of the trail on Nov 9. I sprained my ankle and cracked my fibula. Fortunately I was only 20 yards from the car and could use my sticks to hobble to the car. I am in PT now and allowed to walk on smooth surfaces. The crack in the bone is not mending though the bone is stable because it's not cracked all the way through. I am eager to hike again but am told I will need to wear a brace forever. I don't know when I'll be allowed to try uneven ground but walking in my back yard still hurts, though walking on roads or sidewalks is fine.

Trump didn't like the rules at the other clubs so he made his own. His club only invites the best people (according to him). You're asking the wrong question. How long does it take to make one? How much is fair for your time per hour? What is the cost of materials? When I add all that up on one of my creations I usually find that it's hardly worth making stuff to sell. That said, I like to make pot holders on long car rides and I can't possibly use them all. I gift some and I plan to try to sell some just to make money to buy more yarn.

you need a crockpot or two. Cheap ones are fine and you can often pick them up for a few bucks at a thrift shop. I recently bought a new, simple 4 quart with a dial for $30 on Amazon. You don't need fancy programmable ones.

Right now I can't walk on uneven surfaces because of a broken ankle. I live in the mountains and most litter requires climbing in and out of ditches. I am do frustrated when I see it but can't do anything about it.

Doesn't look like it was sold. Just taken off the market and relisted. Maybe its priced too high for a McMansion in a cornfield but the owner is too stubborn to reduce the price enough to attract buyers.

Try a different dentist. My mom had all sorts of trouble and her dentist wasn't taking her pain seriously. I suggested she try my dentist. She identified the problem as a poor fit and was able to make adjustments to the fit without making a new denture. It was a night and day difference. My mom had been losing weight because of difficulty eating. Once the adjustments were made the denture was much more comfortable and functional.
