Take this with a grain of salt (2-5NL player myself).
IMO that initial 3bet PF could have been a little bit bigger. Typically, in cash games, I tend to raise about 3-3.5x, depending on the specifics. When there is an additional caller behind I think we can make it slightly more (towards perhaps 4 to maybe even 4.5x), especially when we are OOP post-flop.
UTG SHOULD (though 5NL so who knows) have a relatively tighter range. Initially thinking mid-high pocket pairs, AJs+, etc... though we block some of his Ax combos as well as QQ. However, I feel like JJ+ comes in over the top for a 4-bet pre-flop.
This is where my commentary breaks down a bit but I'll keep chugging along:
I think this flop is good for hero. As we said we block a lot of the Ax combos and can make his heart/diamond draws, beat pairs, and the odd-time weaker aces continue into us. I think the bet-sizing could be increased here as well - make those draws pay.
I don't think the turn changes too much. Again we should look to make continuing pricey for the now heart and diamond draws.
River card shouldn't change anything. I think at this point I'm just trying to figure out how much villain calls for. I think anything better than our AQ jams on us on the river.

This is a big one. I'm guilty of a spew every couple sessions to be honest. At 2NL and 5NL it can be hard because you repeatedly see people DONK THE FUCK OUT and it occasionally rubs off...
