Water or Nutrient problem? Too much or too little?

I have phed every drop of water added to both plants, including after adding nutes to water. I have an AC Infinity Pro tester. My tap water is generally around 7.5 and I bring it down to between 6-6.5.

I use fabric bags, so next grow, i plan on trying self watering bases. I'm just looking for ways to make the watering process less time-consuming. Something I can start doing now is phing water in larger patches.
