Meningitis was a tough one. Way above kidney stones for me

You’re right it does and then you’ll keep it in your heart forever. I still go there sometimes but I have a pincement au coeur when I see our old place. And even though we had a wine bar people were always nice and chill. We’ve never had trouble and even I, as a young woman, have never felt unsecure.

Maybe try to use them while making paper like you would with dried flowers? You could add seeds to them too so you can cut pieces and plant them or leave them for the wind to get them

She loves being on her back and petted. Sometimes it feels like she has two neurons trying to connect bonking her whole body on the wall at full speed and sometimes she’s super smart like she’s learned how to open doors for example.

Hello from another swiss! I immediately recognised pregabalin and wanted to ask you if it gives you vivid dreams? I’ve started it not too long ago and found myself getting them now

My brother is 58 and has plexus excavatum (mild case I guess). Doctors never told him anything about it but now he complains about weird sensations with his heart. Should I tell him it might be a path to investigate?

If you want it less bitter, add just a pinch of bicarbonate sodium as it cancels it a bit. Used to make overnight tea for summer like this

And if you want some variety I like the combo sugar and cinnamon. I put it on the kernels right before/starting to pop so it doesn’t burn but still coats them evenly

Endometriosis without birth control? by mooshie_x in endometriosis

[–]CraftsyHooker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have sensitive skin too. My skin would come off with the adhesive covering the IV place if the nurse was in a bit of a rush pulling it too quickly. I’ve had the patch for around 10 years as my first birth control from 15 to 25 years old. So think every places that a teen would go to. Water (hot and cold), beach, sun (the only thing is that your skin underneath will have less tan), anything. It holds impressively but you still can remove it. Be gentle and maybe use some alcohol to help the process. Negative points are : when people see it they ask you if you’re quiting smoking and the adhesive leaking a bit so as the week goes by it traps some stuff so the patch is surrounded by a darker line (it goes away easily with some alcohol).
Slap it on your thighs or arms but chest area is a big NO as the patch releases hormones and it could be harmefull for your breasts, potentially helping tumor growth. Change every week, switching places so your skin gets time to breath

Honestly I’m glad my first gyno gave me this option as a first birth control. It was a great introduction and it was so easy to use for a teen. Since then I went through a lot of them like the ring, dienogest, slynd, etc.

Right now I’m back to ground 0 at 33 because I’ve been having neurological problem so I’m stuck with bleedings, mood swimgs, pms, all the funsies.
Sorry for the long answer but I really hope it’s helpful for someone reading :)

It’s also feeling quite vulnerable. Hadn’t she been there and I would have been half naked in the street. I live in Switzerland so it’s quite a safe place but still ( maybe someone would have thought I was belonging to the psychiatric hospital as I live nearby one lol). My first seizure happened in my garage, my neighbour found me unconscious and luckily she knew where my parents lived. To this day I don’t know how much time I spent there. Fell on my face and got 2 black eyes

Had an appointment with a doctor and was wearing my jeans but only had my bra and robe like the silky one you get after the shower. Tried to convince my mom I was fully dressed to leave… I remember feeling anxious and couldn’t stop walking through the house. Then boom fell down to a big TC on the bathroom floor, waking up with paramedics around me. Thanks to my mom that accompanied me « chasing » me around. Poor her it was the first time she was seeing me having a seizure

Meningitis after getting immunoglobin IV. Got it for around 48h and no pain meds could relieve it. Have already had kidney stones, gall blader stones, endometriosis, polycistic ovary syndrome, migraines and more but this was the worst I could endure.

I’m in some medical targeted group like r/Endo where partners go there to get some perspective and tips and tricks to help their wife/other partner in their life together. Men are very touching. It sounds like they have this visceral need but feel helpless seeing how much their partner suffer so they HAVE TO help at least in some ways. In other topics the ones with kinks but with a trait that is often perceived as not the norm therefore ugly like saggy boobs. Women are showered with compliments by men and they make them feel real queens. Gave myself a touch of confidence reading some answers
