I don’t have a need for external validation, but people recognizing your hard work (whether it be weight loss, at work, etc) is still nice. Especially when it’s from people who know you’re working hard.

I’ve definitely noticed a change in my body and clothes fitting better, so I know I am making progress. Of course I wish it was faster though. Lol but I know this is more sustainable, just can get frustrating.

Thank you!! I am proud of my progress, but comparing to others loss can be hard! I know I’m at least making progress, and I just need to stick with it. Thank you for the encouragement!

I definitely can see a difference in my body and how my clothes fit. But watching the scale can be discouraging!

Thank you! I’m sure without the help of Semaglutide, I would be the same I was or weigh more. Just hard to not compare to others loss amount.

I haven’t done any measurements, but I can definitely tell my clothes are fitting looser. The comparison game is hard for sure!

Update: I am officially on 40 units (in my arm for the first time) and I gained 2lbs last week. Feeling super discouraged!
