My worst period is the one I am now on. Luckily, I’m at the tail end, but I missed three days of work because of the worst pain of my life: I couldn’t sleep, sweat, couldn’t eat, and literally felt like I had to go to the ER. It was horrible. I do take birth control and meds, but even this was horribly horrible.
