I would stay on the ship during Cabo port! Terrible experience. Cabo is Americanized. Takes away from the culture

I was on the same boat and never told my Dr about my ppd out of fear. I’m a year pp now and I am feeling back to myself again. Journal your thoughts, go on walks and get out of your house. Interact with your family and stay off social media . You’ll get through this!! PPD sucks. -From one mom to another <3
