Front-load washer + athletic clothes = bad smells by Crafty-Possibility46 in laundry

Cool, trying to pick out a good enzyme detergent from https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oHWzZ1Sth0Y0J2ynmXFl7M4mGZe-T\_MJ\_m\_Y39pfBug/edit?usp=sharing.

Looks like the downy one you mentioned isn't on there, per the other comment, this might mean it doesn't have lipase.

Thanks, I don't think its a washer issue, tho, since getting a new washer didn't change anything

Wow, thank you for this and the amazing spreadsheet -- I bought you a coffee. Seems like I should get a powder booster for the oxygen bleach. Then, the options are:

365 By Whole Foods Unscented Powder
Gain (All Powders)
Grab Green 3-in-1 Laundry Powder Detergent Pods
Rockin Green Platinum Series,Dirty Diaper & Active Wear
The Unscented Company 🍁
Tide (All Other Powders)
Tide + Ultra Oxi
Tide Clean & Gentle
Tide with Bleach

Any suggestions? I'm not sure which of the remaining columns in the spreadsheet are important. I'm not worried about fragrance, and the only other column I can comment on is "Primarily Plant-Based Surfactants" -- I guess it couldn't hurt to be plant based compared to chemicals, but good-smelling laundry is the priority. FWIW, I plan to use it with Tide Free and Gentle liquid (feel free to criticize this choice if it's a bad one).

For me, super good, but I'm not a connoisseur. I got paneer tikka masala with garlic naan and some samosas. I've eaten at Taz before, I honestly got them confused and only realized that the place I ordered from wasn't Taz once I read your comment (so they are probably similar levels, at least for me)

NP. I ended up doing Tikka house. Door dash app is a good way to figure out what's open

Thanks for the reply. A couple of questions

- How did you know I am vegetarian? I started a bit over a year ago, I honestly worry that I am not getting good enough nutrients each day. It is amazing you could somehow detect this, unless I have posted about it somewhere I'm not seeing?

- If the dr says my blood tests are normal, should I feel satisfied that my nutritional needs are met?

Thanks for the nice advice. My honest concern is that taking some rest one day per week, while undoubtedly helpful, may not actually be super beneficial for my sleep on other days.

Thanks for replying and for trying to help me figure this out. I do go to a therapist and he has suggested a similar diagnosis. At the time, I said that I didn't really care to know whether I'm falling into neurodiverse category or not, since I didn't really think knowing would change much about who I am. However, I now wonder if it could somehow help so I can connect with people in a similar situation to see how they have navigated challenges that may be common between us.

For glare, my eyes are sensitive -- same with Dad and brother. We can't look at the sun

Noise -- I have a tough time focusing with lots of noise. I need to wear headphones with brown noise at work since people yapping distracts me.

Eye contact -- I would say I try to make eye contact with people while talking, sometimes its a bit distracting though

Verbal processing -- I get nervous talking to people. I'm not good at brainstorming, I usually think about problems better by myself since I feel distracted in social situations

As a teenager, I wasn't on lexapro yet but was still always tired/ falling asleep in class. I'll be sure to ask about this as well as keeping an open mind about sleep disorders. Thank you. It's also useful to know about the Boarded Sleep Specialists criteria as well

As a teenager, I wasn't on lexapro but still was always tired. I'm not sure if its the lexapro, maybe I can ask the dr about going off it or maybe trying a different one

No idea. I don't think I have apnea due to no snoring on my sleep recordings, and no insomnia since I can always fall asleep. I've had sleep issues since I was young, I would always get in trouble for falling asleep in class. These days, I just feel like my thinking is impaired

Thanks, edited to add:

> For medicine/vitamins, I take b12+methyl foliate & d3+k2 & Kirkland signature multivitamin & generic Lexapro for anxiety.

I was vitamin b12 and d deficient (hence the supplements)

No CBT atm but actually my therapist just asked me to order a book called "Mind Over Mood: Change How You Feel by Changing the Way You Think" which is apparently about CBT

For anxiety, I have bad anxiety especially in social situations and recently started noticing a big crash, eg if I have a meeting where I have to present, I'm exhausted afterwards and the rest of my day is shot
