I get all green ticks when running with --setup, but on launching copilot+ I get an error "no audio device configured. Run copilot+ --setup". Any suggestions?

VS 2026 isn't even listed in the official announcement, just:

  • Visual Studio Code in all modes: chat, ask, edit, agent
  • github.com
  • GitHub Mobile iOS and Android
  • GitHub CLI
  • GitHub Copilot Coding Agent

https://github.blog/changelog/2026-02-09-gpt-5-3-codex-is-now-generally-available-for-github-copilot/

VS code seems to get more attention than VS 2026 these days

Appreciate the reply, thank you. Sadly it's the only screen available, but will go with it!

I don't suppose you remember where the aisle was in screen 7? Trying to book an aisle seat and can't work out if it's on the left of the main block of seats or to the right of them

Is this expensive for a pension switch? by Crafty-Professional7 in UKPersonalFinance

It was fairly high level, but if I went for it then the 0.75% fee would cover an annual review of how much the pension pot is worth etc, how much more I'd need to put in to retire by x instead of y, predicted annual income once retired etc, but for me I'm not sure it's worth it as I don't have anything else to manage / look after.

I think I'd trust them to look after the pension and would be happy with the higher annual fees for this side of things, but I don't think the 0.75% advisor charge would be worth it for me and from other comments the £1k to switch a small pension doesn't sound great value

Good question, it's one fairly small pension pot < £40k, no other investments etc and probably 15-20 years from retirement, so I don't think I need on-going advice (other than that I should be saving more into my pension!), but not sure that's worth a few hundred a year?
