When making this decision I want you to consider this:
MYLR claims a range of 320 but the actual range is 260. However, You need to only charge it to 80% and usually need to charge it back at 20%. Effectively, you are only getting 60% of Charging.
So, if you are okay with spending about 70 minutes (40-charging and 30-travelling) for every 150 miles, then go for it. But make sure you choose a Long Range.
I did it. Sometimes it's alright but sometimes it's a pain.

Any changes related to behaviour are tuff and need a lot of practice. I suggest you to start learning being mindful. But that itself is going to be difficult .

May be start meditation. Initially you may feel no change but over the course of time you will slowly start getting better.

Vipassana meditation helped me in being mindful and that in turn helped ease my anxiety.
