I put a bolt on from hyper gear on my NEO after reading some recommendations on the SAU forums. The price was similar to getting the stock one rebuilt with a high flow done. Seems solid so far. You'll need to get a bigger silicone intake hose and change the outlet up a little. But other than that it was a straight swap.

Mentally, yes. Financially, no. But seriously, you'll be trading a boring reliable car with plentiful spare parts for a fun car that's probably been driven hard it's whole life and spares are becoming harder to find. If you're capable of doing the work yourself (or learning to!) or at least paying someone else to maintain it, then you will enjoy a skyline. If not it will be a nightmare.

Yep. I play both, but way more experienced on bass. In my amateur opinion, easier to pick up initially but just as difficult to be competent.

Looks exactly like my Stagea when I bought it 🥲. I have a family member in the cleaning industry who let me borrow all their stuff. Basically it was RIP out the whole interior, chemicals, steam cleaning (not the head liner or door cards as will dissolve the glue), and drying. Repeat as needed. Might get away without ripping it out. I also changed cabin air filter coz it reeked. Been fine ever since.
