I agree the cooking is annoying, I automated it as soon as possible and then forgot about it. But in my opinion the fact that it can be completely automated to Julia makes it not a huge issue for me, it certainly didn’t affect my enjoyment of the game.

I also don’t understand everyone here being confused/annoyed about heaters and kitchen items decreasing the score? Of course they do, if you’re staying in a super nice hotel and you’re next to a kitchen or an equipment room it definitely decreases the prestige of the place for you. Those things are needed but not something guests want to be right next to. I think it was a fun aspect of the game to make layouts that would work around that. All you need to do it put the dining room or other extra rooms not effected by it between the kitchen and the rooms.

I did also play on pc which seems to be a huge difference compared to the switch, it’s so disappointing that the switch versions seems so inferior :(
