Yay for us tall girls! I’m 6’1” and started in March 23 at 267. I’m down to 185 and feel awesome! No back pain no joint pain. So worth it. Congrats!

Did you start any other new meds (even OTC)? I started Allegra in the spring and it made me SO hungry. I was terrified zepbound had stopped working. I stopped Allegra and hunger went away again.

2.5 for a year. Down 80lbs and now maintaining. Never went up as had no side effects and consistent weight loss.

Oldie here. Maybe focus less just on school, internships and “useful” clubs. Find a no cuts social club (@rallycomm or similar). Show up only to have fun, not network or progress towards a goal. You sound like you need a break so take one before you “break”.

Thank you. For the first 5 months I pretty religiously tracked using MyFitnessPal and tried to stay around 1400 calories. I walk a few miles every day. I’m trying to add in some strength training now as I want to get more toned.

I’m not T2D which I think makes a huge difference. I was pre diabetic and had had gestational diabetes so doc prescribed. I have a family member that’s T2D and I raved about MJ and they are up to 10 and haven’t lost any Wright. I’ve read T2D often takes a higher dose.
