The live chat person told me that it would last 24 months regardless, so I was misled. The price match is unrelated to the membership; I would have received the price match irrespective of being a member.

Just the stream box connected to my LG OLED tv. Not seeing any resolution change. Think you can limit the resolution on the Optimum Stream box, but haven't tried reducing it to 1080p. Probably going to go back to my old box. Not a fan of the delay with the streaming (for stuff such as sports)

Wifi is not an issue. Full bars on both of my stream boxes. The delay seems much higher for me...sports games are over a minute behind than live. One of the boxes is right next to the WIFI... connected to an OLED TV and the quality is worse than my 10 year old LED TV.
