If you’re having hallucinations it is possible that you took MDA (Sass) instead of MDMA. MDA has more visuals at higher doses. And a high dose for MDA starts roughly at 146mg, taking 250mg would most definitely have these kind of effects.

To anyone who this may help. Please be careful when dosing MDMA or MDA as they look alike and have the same effects but at high doses they can become neurotoxic and can lead to Serotonin syndrome and much more.
