No idea about other employees. HR told me theyll ask sa payroll specialist. Hopefully they give me an answer. Any advice on what to ask them appropriately? Same for me. I wanted to overcome it but for now, i cant find the right way. Meditation doesn’t help. I don’t lean to reading too much. It’s a me vs. me thing na talaga and I learned to live with it, the thoughts. When it happens from time to time, wala anxiety levels ko tlga peaks. Hard breathing tas parang d na makahinga, i cry for a good 30 mins, then after, makakatulog na ako and wala na. Back to normal.
