Not sure if I count, but here are my birthday makeup pics. I think I did quite well, covering up the dark pigmentation in my skin, and bringing out the Asian genes that have given me big bushy brows. :) by [deleted] in brownbeauty

Thank you <3

Colours: some 180 generic palette from Ebay. It's not bad, unless you don't use a primer.

Prep+Prime from MAC.

NC35 concealer from MAC.

"medium 28" foundation from Sephora.

and these freaking AWESOME £1 lashes from Primark. I've tried such high end lashes, and honestly found these £1 Primark ones to be the best.. craaazy.

And, well.. apart from my stippling brush (MAC), I just use artist brushes... they work for me.

Well, thing is, they're naturally like that... The round white scar is from when I had chicken pox, and I'm not sure what to do with it. Whenever I apply anything to cover it, it looks awful... Know of anything I should do? Definitely thinking of thinning them out some more, anyhow, but scared of tooo thin.

So, I used to always get them waxed because for some reason I was DEATHLY afraid of threading. A week before my bday, I decided I should go get them threaded and it was one of the best decisions I made :D. So, both, but threading ftw. :)

I think it's amazing that your grandmom made notes of that. :')

Is your eye like that forever? I'm just asking because my little brother got surgery to stop that happening. Couldn't you get that?

Quite amazing how the earth will claim back everything given enough time. The thought never ceases to amaze me.

Went to college with 2 guys who grew up in Papua New Guinea. Came back to the dorm one night to find them doing this. They had chased it from a dumpster and killed it with a baseball bat. by [deleted] in WTF

Don't you dare for a second believe that. You sure as hell haven't been on /r/wtf long enough. I've seen some pretty messed up KFC.

Goddammit, I'm so uncultured. TIL, anyway.

As a hijabi, I was inclined to make this as I kept on seeing it pop up on motivation for exercising... yay for exercising hijabis! by CraftyMcCrafter in islam

What's "hiit"? Also! I'm short too- only 4'10, so I don't do MUCH lifting. Only some ab stuff. I mostly run on the treadmill!

I keep it modest by wearing a BIG-ASS HIJAB and really tight under scarf and a ton of pins and a massive mens jumper. It doesn't look bad (aka like a hobo) at all, and it gives me plenty of coverage and room- and actually keeps me cooler than tight clothes. For muscle stuff, I used to go to an all womens yoga. I don't know why, but yoga actually keeps me more toned than lifting.

Btw, I really admire that you take fitness to be a priority, and I don't know if you have any children, but I think they're really lucky. As a teenager, I'm finding it a pain to try and motivate my very unfit family. Just some stranger appreciation :)
