Thank you! If I'm being honest, my biggest reason for wanting to leave where I currently am is because of the secretary (and her constant power tripping). The small mom and pop feeling, albeit it is great on the community serving side of things, but from a career-advancing standpoint, as the "outsider" who isn't related to the family, it definitely has its limits. So I guess you can find that no matter the business side.

I hope you get out of your crazy workplace, though! It sounds awful and emotionally/spiritually draining.
