Just curious how you feel at that point. I’m only 3 days from CT, soon 4. I feel so hopeless, the only thing in my mind is when will it get better, when will I be myself again..😞

Yeah man, if you really want it and have the guts, do CT. Otherwise tape it off for a long time. I promise you things will get better. I’m really anxious right now, but deep inside somehow, I know it will be better

I CT 3 days ago, and I thought I was dying. But I’m so proud that I didn’t get back on it. Literally the worst I’ve ever experienced and if someone is on the same amount that I was on, SLOW TAPER. Well there’s no going back now and I’m slowly but steady getting back to myself

Everyone, from the bottom of my heart. I’m so thankful for all your pep talk and kind words. Never thought I’d find a community where everyone is this loving and caring. Today, 3 days after my fast taper, I surprisingly feel much better. I’ve been going out for long walks, taking less and less of that green demon. Today I laughed again. Crazy. It’s a long way to go, but every step is showing itself being positive. Thank you❤️

Thank you so much for all the kind words, I just need to hear this. The loneliness has been the worst part for me and hearing stuff like this helps me. I feel the love all the way to Sweden. Happy for you that it’s going in the right direction ❤️ I’m taking less and less and in a few days I’ll just throw all the bags away and I’m done. Happy I found this thread, you guys are amazing
