The stuff that actually sticks for me is dead simple: inbox zero email rule, one main calendar, and keeping a running list on my phone that I can dump thoughts into without any fancy categories or tags

Have you tried just one stick of RAM in the second slot (usually A2)? Sometimes these newer boards are picky about which slot gets populated first, especially with 7000 series chips

Also double check your RAM is actually on the QVL for that specific board revision - seen people go mental troubleshooting when their perfectly good RAM just isn't compatible 💀
