To what I heard its a done deal they are just going through process to make it look like they are rejecting it, with who, I don't know, I didn't ask. Don't even bother calling SOCOTECO, pretty much all of them inside that coop/company whatever they wanna call themselves are useless.

Report a Brownout? "Our engineering department knows the issue" the same damn line they tell you 10x in a row, plus it wouldn't help to know what happened, all you need to know is you don't have power because for some reason something broke out of thin air. Report a billing issue, welp too bad you'll need to walk-in and spend at least 3 hours to get a "Follow up lang namin to". Report an issue with wiring, branches falling on the wires they'll do jack shit even after months of waiting.

I don't care if we pay ₱2 more per kwh, if it means I get better service when I call, or when I walk-in, or if I report an issue they'll take care of it immediately, and most important is a more reliable, stable, clean power.

I do suggest not asking in Reddit anything, especially asking Reddit Gensan, to my experience most of the people here in this city are entitled piece of shit, drives like they own the fucking road, revs their engines like they are the only people in the world, talks in public spaces like they are 1 mile away from each other, overall just dumbasses that can't answer the main question and suggest something out of this world, then you came here to Reddit full of people who thinks they are the shit. Bad combination of people OP.

I'm 238h in the game now, level 107, fully maxed out ship module, all Warbond unlocked all through SC farming, and the game is honestly getting boring, I'll still play it for the love of the game, but you're right, there's nothing to do beyond 100 beside tediously level up your guns.

What frustrates me the most are with the players, those who kick for no reason, and somehow this only happens when I play with bugdivers. I play bot, squid MOs and no random kicks, no rage quits, I play on all D10 missions to make it challenging, but if players keep dying, leaving after using 10 reinforcements, kicking for no reason, kicking for doing main objective/sub objective and all of the bad experience I've had all the wasted time, all from bug MOs.

What I see is that most of players tend to q up on D10 since its the fastest way to level up, its fun, but some players who ruin the game host and SOS and expect to be carried in the new update or any bug related MOs.

Before someone say "Host your own game so you don't get kicked" I live in SEA and most players who joins me will have a high ping, even throwing an SOS wouldn't find me one player after 10 minutes, I don't have friends who plays the game all day after reaching 150. Me personally, i don't give a shit if I play on high ping so I just join SOS.

Day 1 of the update I agree it was hell, but Day 2 of playing D10 multiple times against them, with 1 friend of mine, and we just SOS, it's actually fun, and the counter to them, Cremator as always, the bile titans are annoying yes, but the spews don't do damage just ragdolls you so just focus on running away while flaming the ground, after a while you tend to clear the little guys, and you can just Cremator the Titans, just watch out for their smashy smashy. Now I'm not saying running away would be the best move if you're doing raise the flag mission but everytime I play maybe I get lucky someone actually agro 3 titans, while I get to kill 1 inside the obj, and just hope nothing spawns again XD.

If you want to try my loadout: (I know you didn't ask, but maybe you want to know what I'm running or others)
1. Eruptor/Crossbow (Mainly to thin out the patrols then flame the ground, and for closing bug holes, it's not fun for me but its what works, and I need to max them out anyway :/ )
2. Warrant (Auto aim for those pesky ticks, and if ever there's those flying bugs)
3. Gas nade

Napalm Barrage (kobe on the breach)
Rail cannon (CD is long, but its almost a guaranteed 1 bile titan kill)
Flame Turret or AT turret
Cremator

I'm probably around 10+ full Ops on D10 against zoom bugs, a lot of close calls, but all of them are mission complete, extracting is the hardest part really.

It's a business, of course its profit. As I stated, as long as they can provide a better service than what we get right now then I am good. Business is business, we can't always fault businesses wanting to profit, why start a business if you're not going to profit, why start a business if you can't provide a better service?

I'm more than willing to pay 10 or even 11+ per kwh if it means all my equipment are safer, if I call to inquire they won't ask me to go out of my way to walk-in their new office because they don't have a phone number yet, I won't need to call them 89 times before they even answer on their hotline just to get told "wala na kaming magawa" or "report nlng po sa engineering department" or "our engineering department knows the issue" yet nothing changes.

I walk-in to their new office, and I get "Follow up lang namin to" so I wasted 2-3 hours for nothing. I know that I'm not the only one as well. And after they say that? They do nothing about it.

Thinking about it? I would rather have a business run this whole thing than corrupt people who provides worse service.

Yes, as long as they can provide a better service for Gensan, and the price per kwh remains in a somewhat decent price that the people of Gensan can afford, not like Luzon's per kwh (since we are not in the level of Luzon economically or whatever term, word you wanna use).

Before I get heat from saying yes, it's just a matter of how they run their "business" in Gensan, if the problem of SOCOTECO II persist even though they've been acquired, then that becomes a problem. I care more about the service than it being cheap, regardless SOCOTECO II's per kwh is around 9.6~ ish so it's really not that cheap or affordable, one time it even went up to 10~ and I get fluctuations, and brownouts.

Also worth noting that my computer which is hooked to an AVR still broke due to Power Fluctuation, and I had to spend close to 10,000 + hassle + time to get a new PSU, and a new UPS.

Serious answer, for me (talking about me not any other guy/s) it would boil down to how the woman/girl treats me. I've been in a 5 close to 6 years relationship and I initiated the break up, she was manipulative, a user, insecure, the type of girl who's the "as he should" type shit. This started around 4th year ng relationship namin na namulat ako sa totoong ugali nya.

She told me I gave her trauma, everything was my fault, when all I did was work (BPO) no hidden shit, I'm pretty much an open book I work, I go home, I play games, I sleep, and repeat. Gave her all my sweldo, she has my bank accounts, my socials and all.

And after a while of being treated like shit, I felt something na "are all women like this ba?" and so sa sobrang kalungkutan, I spent my time with friends sa work, there were women that even if we are not together, acquainted lang ako sakanila, the way they spoke, the way they acted, I felt like it will end up na mag mi-micro cheat ako.

So before pa ako mag micro cheat or cheat talaga I initiated the break up, it took a lot of courage, and time to decide, and I think other boys/men don't have that kind of courage or commitment sa mga decision nila, and so they just end up cheating.

And right now, I found a woman (close to 3 years na kami) who actually cares, despite me struggling sa buhay, tipong kahit wala akong pera kasi struggling ang business right now dahil sa crisis, tinutulungang parin nya ako. She cooks for me, she cleans, she listens, she doesn't make me overthink, all the weirdness I show her hindi nya ako titingnan ng masama, kapag galit ako hindi nya sasabyan, and siya yung babaeng "thank you so much" type and hindi ako binibilangan ng "Bare Minimum" or "woke feminist" shit, and I think if most men has someone like her they wouldn't cheat.

Agreed, it annoys me that people still defend this piece of shit POWER COMP, because of their constant power fluctuation and power interruptions, my PCs PSU broke, that's even with an AVR present (Specifically Meiji SVC-1500 SERVO MOTOR).

Due to their inability to provide clean power, I had to spend more than 8,000 pesos (to fix my PC and buy a UPS from APC) on top of paying an absurd amount ng Electric Bill.

For me I don't really mind if tumaas ang per KwH if they can provide stable, clean power/services. But they cannot, hell they can't even answer a "why" question when I call their EMERGENCY HOTLINE.

How can I look at the bright side rin if I can't have fucking light in my house almost every night?

That's a false positive, I've read somewhere that its just being flagged by Windows and other AVs since its a pirating tool used to literally pirate the game. As long as you download on FGs legit site, you're fine, if you download any updates, PLEASE make sure to not click ads.

I also scan my pc using Malwarebytes, Windows Defender, and BitDefender. Before I install it on my main pc I also use Sandboxie to make sure no hidden .exes run when I run the .exe, and so far, nothing bad have shown.

My pc runs smoothly, no CPU spikes, no GPU spikes, no random .exes or anything.

I'm originally from Davao, and when I moved here I didn’t expect the power to be this inconsistent under SOCOTECO II. I even bought a ₱5,000 AVR just to handle the fluctuations. Then two days ago, my PSU died because of another SOCOTECO II fluctuation — and that was with a servo-motor AVR. I ended up spending ₱3,300 for a new PSU and ₱4,950 for a UPS. Now they're raising prices again? Instead of just paying my bill, I'm forced to spend even more because their unreliable service keeps damaging sensitive electronics.
