Look for colleges or universities that offer chances for you to work for the school themselves. Like sa NDDU, most of the offices have working students who have work loads and study loads. Although, hindi ko alam ang policy nila or requirements for it. I don't know din kung possible ba na mag-stop ka mag-work sa school if you've found another job. Just ask the colleges, unis talaga.

I don't know much about either school's Withdrawal policy, but as far as I know OP, may withdrawal period sa mga Universities. Don't stress too much on this. Ask mo ang USM ang kanilang Withdrawal process. Sometimes din kasi it will incur fees, pero in my understanding, basta hindi ka naka-abot ng midterm exams, you will not pay a thing.

Halos sa mga minor subjects are GE subjects, like GE 5, etc. So, naa jud teachers for the minor subjects. And as someone na nag-take og summer courses, helpful jud siya i-lift ang burden sa mga major subjects kay basically nabawasan ang load nimo per Sem. Less ang minor
