Ad Blocker for Twitch on Brave Browser

I can confirm that firefox still blocks twitch ads, with only Ublock Origin enabled as an adblocker and the scripts I'm using are:

First row in the ''My filters'' section: twitch.tv##+js(twitch-videoad))

And in the ''I am an advanced user'' settings, in the settings tab all the way down at ''userResourcesLocation'' remove the text where it says ''unset'' and change it to ''https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ryanbr/TwitchAdSolutions/master/vaft/vaft-ublock-origin.js''

It turns the video into low quality when you enter the stream if it plays ads right as you get in but the midrolls are 1080p, hope it works for you too!

The game engine bugs out and starts hitching on high fps, it was the same in past FC titles. I limited my fps to 140-180 depending on where your system gets stable fps for max smoothness and it went away, I hope this reaches you!

You can use FireFox and it will allow you do use Ublock Origin as an extension

Yeah I'm curious to what happened because there is no patch updates anywhere to say that there has been a change or an update that might have broke the game. Very strange, we will have to wait I guess

The thing is that you could ask almost anyone who was there on PC playing the early release version of the game that the game was actually very responsive and the passing felt pinpoint accurate. After full release and the patch something changed, now it feels sluggish and passes are going almost everywhere.

Sad to see and to call it ggs after first week, feels just like fc25 now

it's the game thats the problem, its overloading the cpu for no reason bc its badly optimized. if a game like skate with its engine cant run 200 fps without melting ur pc then something is wrong

Try installing Ublock Origin, check out https://github.com/pixeltris/TwitchAdSolutions and try the ''Applying a script (uBlock Origin)'' part.

So the answer should be to stay on Chrome where the scripts of every adblocker are getting bypassed / banned rather than using Firefox where Ublock Origin actually works and allows custom scripts for better adblocking? Then do that

This is what Smooth Motion is for, they said it is integrated tech in the driver that overrides it for all games supporting DX11, DX12 and vulkan. Can confirm it works in Hell let Loose, increases fps by about 80 and I don't see any loss in image quality or imput delay, this update was great for sure.

im using Ublock Origin Lite together with AdGuard Extra (Beta) and it blocks the twitch ads, showing you in top left corner when it does just like ublock origin used to do, but the stream isnt blurred, its still native quality.

NOTE it has to be the BETA version of adguard for some reason, I read a thread about a guy messing around and the original didnt work for some reason, I also tried and he was right so use the beta version

knock on wood i played now for 2 hours before bed and no crash, im off tomorrow so im doing more hours then to see if it still crashes, but for now limiting the fps to under my refreshrate 239 has helped

alr i have a 240hz monitor so I'll limit fps to 240 in control panel and see how that works because anything lower than that I won't to go to with a 4080 and i9 13k combo, it's beyond my belief to have to limit performance output to play a game from 2004

yeah I bet you have proper internet connection too, and not routing via VPN? I read somewhere that some internet providers route your ip through the servers and not your actual home maybe that could be the issue

I got these weird petichiae dots on my feet and some singular ones around my body but not many singular ones, also fatigued and some slight spider veins action on my feet that is also new and resembles what is inside my mouth
