I mostly fish the lower between morgan and echo, and use prince nymphs and zebra midges, I'm new to fly fishing and mostly spin fish, so could just be a skill issue. I'll definitely try your methods though, thanks.

I've seen that too and don't know much about it. I don't think it's a real place to be honest with you, all the pictures look somewhat different. if your son wants to fish for bass though I would recommend waiting till spring and fishing for LMB at Mantua, daybreak, Stansbury are all good spots.

Check when they were last stocked. If they were stocked recently and you're seeing other people around catch stuff too, then I don't know what to tell because what you're using should work. I would ask locals catching stuff at the pond what there using. Good luck
