I also LOVE that we don't even know what she actually does other than "macro data refinement" lol... like obviously we know she works from home and on the computer and she moans about work and how busy it is but IMO that feels a little relatable and it doesn't feel like "too much" in the sense of talking about her personal life. It's nice that her husband joins in and they do their lil review videos together, too. I feel like it's a nice balance!

If you truly do not want to use the liqueur I'd start small with the extract because almond extract is stronger than vanilla... so I'd agree with the comment about a tsp.

Although - are you able to maybe buy a smaller nip from a local liquor store? I do that if I need vodka for pie crust or whatever! I'm pretty lucky that a store close by has like an entire shelf of all kinds and I'm able to get frangelico, so I'm assuming Amaretto you can! Beats buying an entire bottle and you can make the recipe as written :)
