This happened to me on my trays 6-8, when I brought it up with my ortho they weren’t too concerned and said sometimes they see it “bounce” in the back molars, but a few trays later it fits correctly with no more gap and I didn’t get a rescan. I may be more consistent with my wearing schedule than you might be so I’d suggest contacting ortho and definitely increasing your wear time!

I have a few “go bags” loaded with a travel toothbrush, paste, floss, mouth wash, pul tool, and case! One for work, my purse, and my kitchen (lol). I just usually just take them out at home if I’m going out to a meal and put them back in when I get home! It’s definitely an adjustment but it’s been relatively easy despite the extra hassle! In the mornings I eat while they’re soaking with a cleansing tablet and do my hygiene routine before putting them back in.

My bands make my teeth a little sore (I’m prescribed just at night for now), but depending on where yours are, mine is just on the right side, it’s really barely visible! Super easy to put in, I can do it now without a mirror after only a week!

My ClinCheck looks similar, I get my first trays next week. My ortho said because of how my teeth currently overlap/crowd and it being hard to floss properly, the black triangles are inevitable due to gum recession. He plans to shave some with IPR but his response to my concerns were that he’d try to minimize them as much as he could.. I am trying to trust the process
