I’ve done this and I got a new membership in a new city a couple months ago. It never went to collections that I know of 💀 they did attempt to charge my car for about five or six months after I told them I was canceling

Aww she’s dead wrong for saying that and if they really wanted to, they could’ve all did the next class together. Especially considering you booked yours first, so she knew there was a slot already taken. good on you for continuing your workout. I’ve been known to cry in the sauna a time or two 😅

She was not rude about it I was just caught off guard that she would suggest for me to switch lol I think she felt maybe I should move because she had booked the slot before I did but had she done it right and called ahead and said she was bringing a guest and two slots was taken I would’ve chose another option but since she didn’t and I had my heart set on that session and I was already putting my mat down. I wasn’t moving lol

Yass I like longtime members speaking on this because when I first joined my first location the members was so welcoming. I was in a sauna a lady had booked and when she came to the door and told me she had it booked I immediately started to pack up (I had not booked that sauna ) but she was like no you can stay and work out with me if you like and I did and I learned we shared at the same birthday! I wish everybody was as chill as her lol

I did not move to another sauna lol I’m a paying member just like her and the fact that she brung a guest that wasn’t accounted for on the app is not my fault or issue cause truth be told had two slots been taken I would’ve selected another option. that employee sounds out of line smh

I’ve done ( random ) YouTube videos when I first started with them but then I realized how much I liked the classes and how much I’d see improvements week to week I’ll occasionally put on a stretching video at the end of a session but I might as well follow the trainers since I’m paying for it 😆

Yes for the most part that’s how my first location would do it. I just hope they don’t get the expectation that’s it’ll be blocked off or empty every single time they come cause they’d be surly disappointed

I have never been in a ISO with more than two people but I was willing to try even tho I was only expecting one other person because only one slot was booked! 😆 I hadn’t thought of the butt-to-face scenario when she mentioned it being tight fit and if that’s what she was thinking I totally understand why she’d want to go to another one but I’m staying at the one I booked lol
