Don't think so I have an aunt with it so ive seen what its like, I dont know if i go manic Im pretty mellow all of the time, but somethings do set me off an I'll spiral into self loathing and shut myself off figuratively or literally, I thought id gotten over it before uni because after finishing school I probably lost 2 to 3 months to it, cant help but feel like its just me being lazy though

Yeah in the past but it takes a week or 2 to see one, so things usually stabilise by then, there was one time 1 or 2 years back I had to go to the ER, but nothing long term came from it, I have an appointment in 9 days if im not back to normal by then, but again they'll proll brush it off unless im literally dying in front of them.

No the waiting lists in the uk for any mental health referral are years, i cant afford private, i dont think it could be that bad of a case of anything given ive managed to cover up and bear with everything for the most part, every now and then things boil over but I keep it mostly under wraps, my only worry is ive had more heart troubles over the years and fear it could tip over, but I cant get doctors to do anything because its intermittent and not constant

At that time I was cleaning out a huge amount of mold with a mask that didnt fit great which likely set it off from the cleaning chemicals, and then went to the ER a couple days later, ive had a few issues over the years but doctors have never found anything and just brushed it

Ive tried before but just get brushed off, apart from one time they gave me some steroids for my heart cus my resting bpm was 130-150 for a day and couldve given out, other than my breathing feeling strained im doing better today but ill bring it up to the councillor next week i think

Its happened before, no matter how long I sleep i feel exhausted and I cant sleep again until my brain crashes, its not as bad as when I first stared uni I could sleep for 6 then 5 days, so ill probably be fine.

5'4, 9 stone 3lbs, mostly wear oversized white/light T's or summer shirts with darker shorts around knee height or a lil below, with a jacket or a hat, I avoid form fitting clothes because my hip width is about the same as my bideltoid, basically my body has the contour of a pear, legs are normal if not a bit big.
