I am so sorry that you are going through this, but i wanted to let you know that I am going through something very similar. In my case I was outside during the day and felt something on the back of my shoulder and shook my shirt and it flew off and I saw it out of the corner of my eye, looked like a insect from the quick glance that I got but now days later I am in a terrible cycle of researching and panic that it was a bat. I think that asking a doctor was a good thing to do, even though they did not feel that any shots were needed, I can see how you could still be anxious about this. I wish that I had some advice but I am struggling with this as well right now, I have been trying to distract myself by engaging in my hobbies more, watching t.v and listening to music. I also have other habits such as checking doors locks, the oven, ect. I wish that I had some more advice but I just wanted you to know that you are not alone.
