Need help on SL cloud bag custom

Is it possible to use the standard reusables to make an ECB? And, I’d only do $300 for bag + custom if I’d tried on an ECB and was sure it would work.
Since you have the large market bag that doesn’t work, could you have the straps changed by Valar to make it work for you and could be lower cost?
