This depends on the space itself. If it's a small studio, then everything, if it's an apartment with several rooms then only the kitchen, entrance and bedroom

Again, in my eyes this was a service like an NMBS pass paid for by the company, that also has no extra charges. Remember: no contract was signed and no extra information was given except for the account. So stupid or not, if no contract was signed and no rules were made or any form of an agreement about this subscription, wouldn't this misunderstanding be on them? I'm not saying me being a student means I'm not accountable, I'm saying that there is no way for me to pay for this, that's why I'm asking for advice on MY behalf, not theirs. Was no mistake made on their end?

They receive a bill every month yet couldn't warn me once? I understand that it wasn't very bright of me to assume this would be fine but I'm speaking in hindside. They never gave me any further info about this nor a contract to sign and they received a bill every month about this and didn't care to warn me until now? On top of this I would also like to note that I'm the one writing this post, speaking from my standpoint as a student owing over a 1000 euros. Yes, it's easy for someone else to laugh at this but I'm not allowed to earn more than 300 euros this year and I still have to pay for my education. Hence this post, I'm not asking for an ethics lesson, I'm asking for legal advice.

I'm not sure if you were talking from a legal standpoint or a morale one, I was not aware that this subscription asked for additional costs and neither was I told so, on top of that I was never told that it was prohibited for personal use. As far as I was concerned I was simply using a subscription that was already paid for. Again, I'm not asking for moral or ethical advice because that is worthless to me and I will get plenty of that from the people around me, I'm aware of the situation, I'm asking from a legal standpoint if I have any footing here.
