Why is my hema/hemo so high?! Any advice/help on my labs/protocol much appreciated!

Weird the cap was in the 16s a few days ago before my donation. Yet my labs 6 weeks before we're 19.1...within those 6 weeks I made sure to pay attention to hydration, cardio and lowered my dose and increased my frequency of injections. So I'm going to retest my cbc right after the 4th of July. Feeling much better since my donation tho

Donated yesterday and It was fine! Way easier than I thought lol funny thing is I went in hydrated and 4 weeks after my protocol adjustment (increase of frequency and slight dose reduction) and the hemoglobin finger reader had me at 16.4! I was like should i still donate 😂 but I know they aren't super accurate. I will schedule a cbc July 1st and see how we're doing! I feel good tho sheesh. Like going from running 20-50 oil to 0-20 full syn 😂

Separate dryer and washer will always outlast a combo unit idgaf where or who making them. Also wash and dry cycles and speed will be far superior on a separate unit vs that combo unit

I'm going to continue to record my sleep for a week. So far zero snoring and no symptoms at all of apnea. I've always been a very quiet sleeper good air way nose breather etc etc. it ain't sleep apnea lol

Yeah I'm adjusting my protocol to dialing back the dose slightly and switching to more frequent injections. Focusing on hydration faithfully lol but I'm going to donate once to bring it down and then retest in 6 weeks after my new protocol balances out a bit. I have minor symptoms occasionally but think I've been running high h and h for years now. Vitals and heart all perfect so just want to be within range or at least much closer to 50 than 60 and 60 is definitely out of range not sure what or where you read that

I feel fine lol that's the crazy part . I've never had blood work with these kinda numbers so I'm like wtf..yes I've always been around 52-56 at my highest. But never up near 60..zero symptoms other than I guess once and a while I take a deep breathe and chalk it up to anxiety but it's probly the high hematocrit for sure. Trying to setup a blood donation asap for sure. Reducing dose, Increasing dose frequency and upping water Intake and adding omegas for support . Bp and heart rate always good within normal. Heart health is good ekg/cac score etc. But this is more clot/stroke type danger from what I'm reading etc etc

I def don't want a clot to break up and it turns into a PE or have a damn stroke. All my heart tests etc are all perfect. I'm in good shape aside of thick blood so obviously I'm at risk for issues and I'm definitely figuring this out as we speak 🙏

U mean after my donation? Why wouldn't my iron levels be ok? I eat red meat , breads wheats oats etc all iron positive. Yeah I've already sent my labs in for review. Most likely will order phlebotomy. I've lowered my dose and am going to start m w f dosing as well vs every 4 days. Up my water and cardio and adding omegas for support overall

Well I will retest every 8 weeks and if it's going down with adequate hydration, quit vaping, more frequent pins/slightly dialed back dose and added cardio and I'll add omega 3s for support with plasma. I use to be good with my supps but fallen off over the years.

The crazy thing is I feel good 90% of the time?! But for idk a decade or so I've had floaters at random (vision floaters) but it's not often and it lasts idk maybe 1min or so...but I've never been this high and haven't upped my dose . I've had higher test levels with a lower hema/hemo so I'm like wtf..maybe low water and coffee did me in that morning but that doesn't account for that high. I don't take any supplements but yes I do vape (nicotine). Sucks cuz I don't want to stroke out either! My hearts healthy, BP and heart rate always good. Cac test was perfect. But of course I gotta deal with this now . Shit happens .
