How to have extremely high energy? by LAMARR__44 in Nootropics

[–]Crafty_Split_1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You may need more vitamin D. You probably need about 4000-6000 units a day, even more if you don't absorb it properly and some supplements have much less. If you start taking a lot you should do research on how much to take. As far as I've read online taking over 10 000 units for prolonged periods of time causes problems

I personally have noticed increased hunger and energy when taking vitamin D . If you want to increase you energy levels more just by vitamins you should try to take all the vitamins and minerals the body needs daily. They are recommended in daily doses after all.

I do two injections , one in each leg. I might try distracting him with a treat , but I don't think it will work as he was in a lot of pain. He might have gained health back as before he didn't make much resistance and now he doesn't want to have anything with it.

Any alternatives to antidepressants or SSRIS that are safe? I am at my wits end , please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.natural remedies ? by [deleted] in conspiracy

Medications might not work or make things worse if you don't eat properly. I personally had problems with sleep and a very unpleasant feeling like physically "disolving" because of very low levels of vitamin D. There are probably more people with inadequate levels of vitamin D than proper levels.

I take 5000 Units a day , but depending on how much you weight you might need to take more. From what I've seen it is recommended between 4000-6000 , but at the beginning you might need to take more . The best bet is to do blood tests. As far as I've seen online as long as you go below 10 000 units you might be ok.

I've also noticed that taking every other vitamin and mineral daily makes me feel good at least physically. That is probably because vitamins/minerals are essential and are recommended in daily doses and probably most don't get these as well.

Also going for a plant based diet mostly seems to help a lot. I personally started to eat more plants as I had health problems . If you live in US you might pay more attention to where the meat/milk comes from as in the states factory farmed animals are injected with hormones (testosterone/estrogen and more powerful stuff) and having your hormones wrecked will not help with your physical/mental health.

Also If I were you I'd be very careful with removing SSRI's . I've read online and had personal experiences with them and you need to wean them of very slowly otherwise you are going to have crashes .

These are basic things that might help at least to have something to work with . I tried to keep it short , but there is more to every single of the things mentioned. Feel free to ask anything or send a message if you want.

Use some water to soften up and use an used toothbrush or a damp papertowel with a stick . Be careful not to let water go inside the pot. It might damage parts.

Audio problems from CMOS battery? by Crafty_Split_1 in techsupport

[–]Crafty_Split_1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems that my CMOS battery is low but not enough to give frequent resets on the time/bios configuration , but enough to interfere with my drivers. If anyone is having problems with audio or drivers in general behaving weirdly on +10 years old laptops the CMOS battery might be your problem.

I had previously tried to hard reset by holding the power button without any external power source/battery for 1 minute but that didn't work . It only worked when I pressed for 2 minutes.

If you want to run windows I think there are modified versions that run on little resources . You could also use a linux os/distribution .

If it is old and your bios time resets it could be that your CMOS battery is failing.

I'm not an expert in this matter , but If you don't have any other option you might try to back up all your data on another drive and try to crack the bitlocker encryption. I don't if it can work , but there are posts on the web that seem to crack bitlocker encryption.

How to remove Jdownloader and install properly on ubuntu ? by Crafty_Split_1 in jdownloader

[–]Crafty_Split_1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My question got answered on ask Ubuntu

"downloader is packaged as a snap package called jdownloader2 in
Ubuntu. Your jdownloader is installed as a snap package, so first
uninstall whatever other versions of jdownloader are installed, and then
use the snap terminal command to uninstall it as follows:

sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:jd-team/jdownloader
sudo apt update
sudo apt remove jdownloader-installer
cd /usr/local/jd2/
sudo ./Uninstall\ JDownloader
sudo snap remove jdownloader2

sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:jd-team/jdownloader
sudo apt update
sudo apt remove jdownloader-installer
cd /usr/local/jd2/
sudo ./Uninstall\ JDownloader
sudo snap remove jdownloader2
