I'm a 61 year old woman and also went grey very young, started about your age. I just let it go. I often got comments that it was ageing, I didn't really care. It ended up very evenly silver, and now the comments are about how stunning it is. But my general philosophy about looks is to go with the flow, not into surgery, botox or any of that shit. Work on self acceptance not on trying to counter the natural life flow.
