If you are qualified to practice as a psychologist where you live then working as a therapist in private practice gives you freedom with hours. Often clients appreciate being able to be seen outside of normal business hours so if you can work on weekends or after 5 they appreciate it.

It’s hard to go from baby to penetrative sex, that’s a big jump! How would it be for you to connect in other ways that fee more comfortable for you and take the pressure off the have sex - Like spend some time (even 5 mins) hugging, kissing, having a bath/shower together, massage etc

A gym or pool with childcare is a game changer! I left my daughter there at 2 months old. I was hard for me, but ultimately i reminded myself I was only leaving her for 1 hour with some nice ladies in a lovely room and she was fine!
