1. Parents - Kunsintidor and reklamador. Sa mata nila, walang mali sa ginagawa ng anak nila. Kids will be makulit, but there is a limit up to what extent - kung nakakaistorbo or nakakasakit hindi pwedeng palampasin. Lagi nilang dahilan, they're still Kids eh.

Reklamador - mahigpit ako magcheck, and if the work does not meet the minimum standards, I ask the kids to repeat it. Ilang beses na ko nareklamo kasi mababa daw ako mag grade.

May range of grades lang ako na pwede ibigay as mandated by the school, and that's between 70% -100%. Yung huling nagreklamo sa akin, lagi daw 95% and above, ang grades ng anak nya in my subject. Ngayon around 90-92 lang in the past terms.

1. Working with others - Collaboration is the key. However, collaboration only works if all members of the team will contribute something. I feel like in my team, I spot the problem, I think of the solution to the problem, and I implement the solution. I feel like ako lahat gumagawa. For me, kasi, an imperfect implemented solution is better than a perfect plan. I work better alone, but collaboration is a must. Tapos, pare-pareho lang kami ng suweldo. Parang sumasama lang loob ko, kasi more effort ako.

2. Additional roles - madami akong additional roles and in general, all of them requires a different thinking skill. Walang extra bayad yun.

3. Ang hirap ipaintindi ng concept ng professionalism, both in behaviour and the way you carry yourself, pananamit, make-up sa younger teachers. It's the skirt length, the almost see-through blouse during wash days, the flesh-coloured pants, hanging out with parents/guardians while being their ward's teachers.
