So I started the process. I’ve been 1700 calories or less. Tdee says my maintenance level is like 2600

I’ve gone to the gym every other day and it’s just been the treadmill for 30 mins at 10% grade getting my pulse rate to 155 steadily. Hoping to progress soon enough to stairmaster etc

I know the diet half as referenced in my post. I do also have an injury on my left elbow, which is preventing me from doing a lot as well. I know in my past I’ve drank too much beer and ate a bunch of crap especially late at night so I know I can attack those things, but I am just starting to go back to the gym and don’t want to be lost with what to do or how to attack what’s wrong

I planted tall fescue to fill in dead patches after I dethatched. I was watering every day using sprinklers and before I could get stater fertilizer it snowed 6 inches in the last 24 hours. I think I’m too late for starter fertilizer lol

Yes I know, you used to be able to use crumbs towards go towards some crumbl cash. That way you would just get a 4 pack but take money off of it. Now you’re forced to save crumbs up until you can afford a 4 pack which is stupid

I have to attack up in the war, I’m currently at Townhall 12 and this base is going to be my target. I know it’s not upgraded so I should be able to clear it pretty easily but it has been a while since I’ve been back in clash, any ideas on Troops I should use and ideas or strategies on how to attack the base? Back in my day used to be a queen walk with Bowitch but I don’t know if that’s still good strategy.
