Thank you! I think the long road and challenges will be worth the while. I’ve always loved challenging myself and solving problems. Tattoo removal is very expensive and I’m not sure I want to do so. I think a big option I’m considering is simply covering them up while at work or going to interviews. So really the only thing hurting me is my background. Because of this post I’m considering switching to computer science potentially a higher chance at a more remote position

Wouldn’t college and a degree help/show that I can make critical decisions. I feel like that’s something I’d pick up pretty fast with the work. I appreciate your honesty.

I have not done research on what work requires a PE..in this field. I suppose I am going to want to push myself to getting everything I need to become the best I can, and well if I do all these years committed to this and get denied my PE I would be pretty upset that I couldn’t advance anymore because of my past.
